In my business environment, there are people who are always trying to "one-up" everyone else. They want to sound and appear smarter than everyone else. As a result they communicate ideas using words / phrases that are meant to sound intelligent, but they are really just bogus! Several years ago, while working at McDonnell Douglas, a coworker developed a BUZZPHRASE GENERATOR. You could group words together from different columns in a table and create an itelligent sounding (but bogus) phrase. I found something similar in the link below.
