OK - This is a public service blog.
If you go to a gas station and there is a sign on the pump that reads PLEASE PAY FIRST, you do not have to actually go inside and pay. You can simply insert your debit/credit card and start pumping. When you are done, it will charge your card and spit out your receipt.
